 9  AN ACT relating to elections; concerning political contributions.

11  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
12    Section 1.  No national, state or private employer shall withhold from
13  any employee's wages in Kansas any amount to be used as a contribution
14  as defined in subsection (d) of K.S.A. 25-4143 and amendments thereto
15  to any legislator, candidate, candidate's committee, party committee or
16  political committee, also, as defined in K.S.A. 25-4143 and amendments
17  thereto.
18    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
19  publication in the statute book.
