AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 65-461, 65-462, 65-463, 65-464, 65-465, 65-
  466 and 65-467; concerning the certification of facilities providing serv-
  ices and care for post-acute trauma head-injured persons.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
  Section 1.  K.S.A. 65-461, 65-462, 65-463, 65-464, 65-465, 65-466
and 65-467 are hereby repealed.
  Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
