AN ACT relating to property taxation; requiring approval of certain ex-
  emptions therefrom by school districts.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
  Section 1.  Prior to the granting of an exemption for any property
from property taxation pursuant to the provisions of section 13 of article
11 of the Kansas constitution, the board of county commissioners of any
county or the governing body of any city shall have received approval
thereof by the governing body of any unified school district within which
any such property is located or to be located.
  Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
