16 AN ACT concerning certain claims against the state; making appropria- 17 tions, authorizing certain transfers, imposing certain restrictions and 18 limitations, and directing or authorizing certain disbursements, pro- 19 cedures and acts incidental to the foregoing. 20 21 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas: 22 Section 1. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 1997, appropriations 23 are hereby made, restrictions and limitations are hereby imposed, and 24 transfers, disbursements, procedures and acts incidental to the foregoing 25 are hereby directed or authorized as provided in this act. 26 Sec. 2.
